But in 2026, the world has changed. The problems we face have changed. And maybe, just maybe, the question needs to change too.
The Scoreboard Is Full Let’s be honest. The proof is in. Women are running banks, coding apps, flying planes, and leading governments. In Onitsha Market, women control supply chains worth billions. In Abuja and beyond, women are drafting policy.

Men, too, are evolving. They are caregiving, building communities, and leading with empathy in ways that were not modeled for them a generation ago.
So the argument of “Can she?” has been settled. The new argument is “Should we keep doing this alone?”
The Cost of Competition When we frame progress as a contest, everyone loses. Companies lose talent. Families lose balance. Nations lose momentum.
A tech startup with only male engineers misses insights. A school board with only female administrators misses perspectives. A country that sidelines half its population cannot outgrow the other half.
